Prior to branching into private practice full-time in early 2024, I served as Head of Clinical Excellence at Resilience Lab, a mental health tech company where I managed 30+ Clinical Supervisors across 5 NE states. Before that, I served as President of CriSyS (The Mecklenburg Mobile Crisis Team) since 2014.
